Terroir : AOP Corbières.
Calcareous clay, ochre gravettes in surface soils. Vines exposed Southwest flank of garrigues.
Winemaking, breeding : Harvest at full maturity for the 2 varieties. Yield 35 hl/ha. Fermentation, trapping 2 times a day. Ageing in tank and regular racking, ventilation before bottling.
Tasting : A dress of a brilliant and intense Ruby with Garnet nuances. A powerful, round, very bold wine with a beautiful material. A nose of fruits candied to alcohol, spicy in the final.
Serve to : ambient.
