Harvest: Harvested at the beginning of October.
Vinification: Skin maceration at controlled temperatures of 25 C.
Ageing: Ageing in oak barrels during 12 months.
Wine tasting: Color is dark with the reflection of purple. The nose is expressive and dominated by the aromas of blackcurrants, blackberries, freshly chopped herbs and peppers. The palate is very tasty with the notes of mint and spices. It is a strong and fine wine with an appetizing character, a synonym to pleasure.
Wine pairings: Aperitif, beef tartare, poultry, ratatouille
